Acceptable Use Policy and AI Model Disclosure

Updated: 2026-10-23. This policy forms part of the Rekindle Terms of Service and applies to all uploaded photos, audio, prompts, generated images and videos, and use or distribution of outputs. It supplements the other acceptable-use rules below.

Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, request, generate, share, or use Rekindle for any of the following, including attempts to bypass safeguards:

  1. Sexual / NSFW content: Pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized nudity.
  2. Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, cruelty, or content that threatens, glorifies, encourages, or facilitates violence or terrorism.
  3. Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, harassment, or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  4. Child unsafe content (CSAM): Any child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content endangering children. This includes synthetic, fictional, or AI-generated depictions. Never upload or generate such material.
  5. Deepfake / impersonation abuse: Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, identity fraud, fabricated endorsements, or misleading depictions of real people speaking or acting. Use a person's likeness or voice only with the necessary permission or other lawful authorization. Do not present AI-generated output as an authentic recording or evidence; disclose that it is AI-generated when sharing it.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of protected photos, recordings, characters, or logos. Only submit material you own or are authorized to use.

User reporting

Report suspected violations to support@getrekindle.app with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant page or output URL, generation/task ID if available, category of concern, a brief explanation, and a contact address for follow-up. Rights holders should identify the protected work and explain their authority to report it. Do not attach, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide the location and identifying information instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Content moderation and enforcement

Rekindle reviews reports and detected policy violations. Review may include the reported content, relevant account/task records, and evidence of consent or rights. Access to reported content or features may be restricted while a report is investigated. AI providers may reject requests under their safety policies; automated checks, where enabled, are not a guarantee of safety. We do not claim that every upload or output is automatically screened or reviewed before generation.

Depending on the severity and applicable law, we may refuse or cancel generation, remove or disable access to content under our control, issue warnings, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and prevent repeated abuse. Where required by law, we preserve relevant information and report suspected illegal activity to the competent authorities. Affected users may request review or appeal by emailing support@getrekindle.app with their task/account reference and relevant context. We review additional information and may uphold, change, or reverse the action. Do not include illegal material in an appeal.

Underlying AI models

Rekindle currently routes these features through Kie AI to the following models:

  • Photo restoration and colorization: ByteDance Seedream 4.5 Edit (model ID: seedream/4.5-edit). Both operations use the same image-editing model with different instructions.
  • Photo to Video / Animate Your Photo: ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini (model ID: bytedance/seedance-2-mini).

Outputs are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, and are not authentic recordings of events. Third-party models and trademarks belong to their respective owners; naming them does not imply endorsement or affiliation. The generation interface identifies the selected model; we update this disclosure when the available models change. Rekindle does not currently provide built-in text-to-speech or voice cloning.

はじめに・利用規約への同意

Rekindle（getrekindle.app）へようこそ。Rekindleは、AIを活用した写真の修復・補正サービスです。当社のサービスにアクセスまたはご利用いただくことにより、お客様は本利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。本規約のいずれかに同意されない場合は、当社のサービスをご利用にならないでください。

サービスの説明

Rekindleは、以下のAIを活用したツールを提供します。

  • 写真修復：古い写真の傷、破れ、色あせ、その他の損傷を修復します
  • 写真カラー化：白黒写真に自然な色を付けます
  • 写真から動画へ：まばたき、笑顔、頭の動きなど、自然な動きで静止写真をアニメーション化します

すべての処理はAIモデルによって実行され、結果は自動的に生成されます。

ユーザーアカウント

  1. アカウントの作成：Rekindleの機能をご利用いただくには、メールアドレスまたは第三者のサインインプロバイダー（Google）を使用してアカウントを作成する必要があります。正確かつ完全な情報を提供していただく必要があります。
  1. アカウントのセキュリティ：お客様は、アカウント認証情報の機密性を維持し、アカウントで発生するすべての活動について責任を負います。
  1. 一人一アカウント：各ユーザーは一つのアカウントのみを維持してください。クレジットやプロモーションを不正に利用するために複数のアカウントを作成することは禁止されています。
  1. アカウントの終了：お客様はいつでもアカウントを削除することができます。当社は、本規約に違反するアカウントを停止または終了する権利を留保します。

クレジットと料金

Rekindleは、クレジットベースのシステムで運営されています。

  • 写真修復：1枚あたり5クレジット
  • 写真から動画へ：1本あたり30クレジット

クレジットパック

ワンタイムのクレジットパックをご購入いただけます。パックのクレジットは、購入日から1年間有効です。この期間を過ぎると、未使用のクレジットは失効します。

サブスクリプションプラン

月額および年額のサブスクリプションプランでは、定期的なクレジット付与が提供されます。サブスクリプションのクレジットは各請求期間ごとにリセットされ、繰り越しはされません。

料金の変更

当社は、いつでも料金を変更する権利を留保します。サブスクリプションの料金変更は、次の請求サイクルから適用されます。有効なクレジットパックは、料金変更の影響を受けません。

お支払いと返金

  • お支払いは、Waffo Pancake（デフォルト）、Stripe、およびPayPalを通じて安全に処理されます。当社は、お客様の決済カード情報の全桁を保存いたしません。
  • すべての価格は、特に明記しない限り米ドル（USD）で表示されます。
  • 返金ポリシー：修復結果にご満足いただけない場合は、7日以内にサポートチームまでご連絡ください。当該取引に関する返金を検討いたします。返金はケースバイケースで評価されます。
  • サブスクリプションの解約：サブスクリプションはいつでも解約できます。解約は、現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となります。請求期間の途中での日割り返金は行われません。

ユーザーコンテンツとアップロード

  1. 所有権：お客様は、Rekindleにアップロードした写真および音声のすべての所有権を保持します。
  1. 処理のためのライセンス：コンテンツをアップロードすることにより、お客様は、要求されたサービスを提供する目的に限り、お客様のコンテンツを処理、変換、および保存するための限定的かつ非独占的なライセンスをRekindleに付与するものとします。
  1. コンテンツに関する責任：お客様は、提出するすべてのコンテンツをアップロードする法的権利を有していることを表明するものとします。本人の同意なく個人の写真をアップロードしたり、使用する権利を有していない写真をアップロードしたりしてはなりません。
  1. コンテンツの保持：アップロードされた写真および生成された結果は、当社のサーバーから30日後に自動的に削除されます。この期間が満了する前に結果をダウンロードする責任はお客様にあります。
  1. バックアップの保証なし：Rekindleはストレージサービスではありません。保持期間を超えたアップロードされたコンテンツや生成された結果の利用可能性を保証するものではありません。

利用上の禁止事項

お客様は、以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします。

  • 違法、有害、または不快なコンテンツのアップロード
  • 他者の知的財産権またはプライバシー権を侵害するコンテンツのアップロード
  • 詐欺、なりすまし、または欺瞞を目的としたAI生成コンテンツの使用（例：他者を誤解させるためのディープフェイクの作成）
  • 自動化されたスクリプト、ボット、またはスクレーパーを使用したサービスへのアクセス
  • クレジット要件の回避またはシステムの脆弱性の悪用の試み
  • サービスのセキュリティまたはパフォーマンスへの妨害や障害
  • 適切な帰属表示なしに、RekindleのAI生成コンテンツを再販売または商業的に再配布すること
  • 適用される法律または規制に違反する目的でのサービスの使用

知的財産

Rekindleのウェブサイト、ブランド、ロゴ、およびドキュメントは知的財産法で保護されています。第三者のAIモデル、ソフトウェア、商標は各所有者に帰属します。適用法またはライセンスで認められる場合を除き、保護された部分の複製、改変、配布、リバースエンジニアリングは禁止されます。

AI生成コンテンツ

  • Rekindleが生成する結果は、人工知能によって生成されたものであり、完全に正確でない場合があります。
  • 特定の結果、品質レベル、または結果がお客様の期待に沿うことを保証するものではありません。
  • RekindleのAI生成コンテンツの使用、共有、または公開方法については、お客様が単独で責任を負います。
  • AI生成コンテンツは、お客様の管轄地域における知的財産上の考慮事項の対象となる場合があります。AI生成コンテンツに関する適用法の遵守は、お客様の責任です。

保証の免責

本サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「利用可能な状態」で提供されます。Rekindleは、商品性、特定目的への適合性、または非侵害の保証を含むがこれに限定されない、明示的または黙示的ないかなる保証も行いません。当社は、本サービスが中断なく、エラーなく、または安全に提供されることを保証しません。

責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Rekindleは、お客様の本サービスの使用または使用不能に起因する、間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害（データの損失、利益の損失、または写真やファイルの損害を含むがこれに限定されない）について、一切の責任を負いません。

本規約または本サービスに起因するいかなる請求に対する当社の総責任額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様がRekindleに対して支払った金額を超えないものとします。

補償

お客様は、本サービスの使用、アップロードしたコンテンツ、または本規約への違反に起因する、あらゆる請求、損害、損失、責任、および費用（弁護士費用を含む）について、Rekindle、その関連会社、ならびにそれぞれの役員、取締役、従業員、および代理人を補償し、免責することに同意するものとします。

サービスの終了

当社は、本規約に違反する行為、他のユーザーに有害な行為、またはその他不適切と判断される行為に対し、通知の有無にかかわらず、当社の独自の裁量により、お客様のRekindleへのアクセスを停止または終了する権利を留保します。終了時点で、お客様の本サービスの利用権は直ちに消滅します。正当な理由による終了の場合、未使用のクレジットは没収されます。

本規約の変更

当社は、いつでも本規約を更新または変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更については、サービス内またはメールを通じてお知らせします。変更後もRekindleを継続してご利用いただくことにより、更新された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
