Acceptable Use Policy and AI Model Disclosure

Updated: 2026-10-23. This policy forms part of the Rekindle Terms of Service and applies to all uploaded photos, audio, prompts, generated images and videos, and use or distribution of outputs. It supplements the other acceptable-use rules below.

Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, request, generate, share, or use Rekindle for any of the following, including attempts to bypass safeguards:

  1. Sexual / NSFW content: Pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized nudity.
  2. Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, cruelty, or content that threatens, glorifies, encourages, or facilitates violence or terrorism.
  3. Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, harassment, or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  4. Child unsafe content (CSAM): Any child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content endangering children. This includes synthetic, fictional, or AI-generated depictions. Never upload or generate such material.
  5. Deepfake / impersonation abuse: Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, identity fraud, fabricated endorsements, or misleading depictions of real people speaking or acting. Use a person's likeness or voice only with the necessary permission or other lawful authorization. Do not present AI-generated output as an authentic recording or evidence; disclose that it is AI-generated when sharing it.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of protected photos, recordings, characters, or logos. Only submit material you own or are authorized to use.

User reporting

Report suspected violations to support@getrekindle.app with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant page or output URL, generation/task ID if available, category of concern, a brief explanation, and a contact address for follow-up. Rights holders should identify the protected work and explain their authority to report it. Do not attach, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide the location and identifying information instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Content moderation and enforcement

Rekindle reviews reports and detected policy violations. Review may include the reported content, relevant account/task records, and evidence of consent or rights. Access to reported content or features may be restricted while a report is investigated. AI providers may reject requests under their safety policies; automated checks, where enabled, are not a guarantee of safety. We do not claim that every upload or output is automatically screened or reviewed before generation.

Depending on the severity and applicable law, we may refuse or cancel generation, remove or disable access to content under our control, issue warnings, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and prevent repeated abuse. Where required by law, we preserve relevant information and report suspected illegal activity to the competent authorities. Affected users may request review or appeal by emailing support@getrekindle.app with their task/account reference and relevant context. We review additional information and may uphold, change, or reverse the action. Do not include illegal material in an appeal.

Underlying AI models

Rekindle currently routes these features through Kie AI to the following models:

  • Photo restoration and colorization: ByteDance Seedream 4.5 Edit (model ID: seedream/4.5-edit). Both operations use the same image-editing model with different instructions.
  • Photo to Video / Animate Your Photo: ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini (model ID: bytedance/seedance-2-mini).

Outputs are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, and are not authentic recordings of events. Third-party models and trademarks belong to their respective owners; naming them does not imply endorsement or affiliation. The generation interface identifies the selected model; we update this disclosure when the available models change. Rekindle does not currently provide built-in text-to-speech or voice cloning.

서비스 설명

Rekindle는 다음과 같은 AI 기반 도구를 제공합니다:

  • 사진 복원: 오래된 사진의 긁힘, 찢어짐, 색바램 및 기타 손상을 복구합니다
  • 사진 컬러화: 흑백 사진에 자연스러운 색상을 추가합니다
  • 사진을 영상으로: 눈 깜빡임, 미소, 고개 돌림 등 자연스러운 움직임으로 정지 사진을 애니메이션화합니다

모든 처리는 AI 모델에 의해 수행되며 결과는 자동으로 생성됩니다.

사용자 계정

  1. 계정 생성: Rekindle의 기능을 이용하려면 이메일 주소 또는 제3자 로그인 제공업체(Google)를 통해 계정을 생성해야 합니다. 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
  1. 계정 보안: 귀하는 계정 자격 증명의 기밀성을 유지하고 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다.
  1. 1인 1계정: 각 사용자는 하나의 계정만 유지해야 합니다. 크레딧이나 프로모션을 남용하기 위해 여러 계정을 생성하는 것은 금지됩니다.
  1. 계정 해지: 귀하는 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 당사는 본 약관을 위반하는 계정을 정지하거나 해지할 권리를 보유합니다.

크레딧 및 요금

Rekindle는 크레딧 기반 시스템으로 운영됩니다:

  • 사진 복원: 사진 1장당 5크레딧
  • 사진을 영상으로: 영상 1건당 30크레딧

크레딧 팩

일회성 크레딧 팩을 구매할 수 있습니다. 크레딧 팩의 크레딧은 구매일로부터 1년간 유효합니다. 미사용 크레딧은 해당 기간 이후 만료됩니다.

구독 요금제

월간 및 연간 구독 요금제는 정기적인 크레딧 할당량을 제공합니다. 구독 크레딧은 각 청구 기간마다 초기화되며 이월되지 않습니다.

가격 변경

당사는 언제든지 가격을 변경할 권리를 보유합니다. 구독에 대한 가격 변경은 다음 청구 주기부터 적용됩니다. 활성 크레딧 팩은 가격 변경의 영향을 받지 않습니다.

결제 및 환불

  • 결제는 Waffo Pancake(기본값), Stripe 및 PayPal을 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다. 당사는 귀하의 전체 결제 카드 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 별도의 명시가 없는 한 모든 가격은 미국 달러(USD)로 표시됩니다.
  • 환불 정책: 복원 결과에 만족하지 못하시는 경우, 7일 이내에 고객 지원팀에 연락하시면 해당 거래에 대한 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다. 환불은 건별로 심사됩니다.
  • 구독 취소: 언제든지 구독을 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소는 현재 청구 기간이 종료되는 시점에 적용됩니다. 부분 청구 기간에 대한 일할 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.

사용자 콘텐츠 및 업로드

  1. 소유권: 귀하는 Rekindle에 업로드하는 사진 및 오디오에 대한 모든 소유권을 보유합니다.
  1. 처리 라이선스: 콘텐츠를 업로드함으로써 귀하는 요청된 서비스를 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 콘텐츠를 처리, 변환 및 저장할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적인 라이선스를 Rekindle에 부여합니다.
  1. 콘텐츠 책임: 귀하는 제출하는 모든 콘텐츠에 대해 업로드할 법적 권리가 있음을 보증합니다. 동의 없이 타인의 사진을 업로드하거나 사용 권한이 없는 사진을 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
  1. 콘텐츠 보존: 업로드된 사진 및 생성된 결과물은 당사 서버에서 30일 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 이 기간이 만료되기 전에 결과물을 다운로드하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다.
  1. 백업 보장 없음: Rekindle는 저장 서비스가 아닙니다. 보존 기간 이후 업로드된 콘텐츠 또는 생성된 결과물의 가용성을 보장하지 않습니다.

허용되는 사용

귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:

  • 불법적이거나 유해하거나 불쾌한 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위
  • 타인의 지적 재산권 또는 개인정보 보호 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위
  • AI 생성 결과물을 사기, 사칭 또는 기만 목적으로 사용하는 행위(예: 타인을 오도하기 위한 딥페이크 생성)
  • 자동화된 스크립트, 봇 또는 스크래퍼를 사용하여 서비스에 접근하는 행위
  • 크레딧 요구사항을 우회하거나 시스템 취약점을 악용하려는 행위
  • 서비스의 보안 또는 성능을 방해하거나 교란하는 행위
  • 적절한 출처 표시 없이 Rekindle의 AI 생성 결과물을 재판매하거나 상업적으로 재배포하는 행위
  • 관련 법률 또는 규정을 위반하는 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위

지적 재산권

Rekindle의 웹사이트, 브랜드, 로고 및 문서는 지적 재산권법의 보호를 받습니다. 제3자 AI 모델, 소프트웨어 및 상표는 각 소유자에게 귀속됩니다. 관련 법률 또는 라이선스에서 허용하지 않는 한 보호되는 부분을 복사, 수정, 배포 또는 역설계할 수 없습니다.

AI 생성 콘텐츠

  • Rekindle에 의해 생성된 결과물은 인공지능에 의해 생성되며 완벽하게 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다.
  • 당사는 특정 결과, 품질 수준 또는 결과물이 귀하의 기대에 부합할 것을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • Rekindle에서 생성된 AI 콘텐츠를 사용, 공유 또는 게시하는 방법에 대한 책임은 전적으로 귀하에게 있습니다.
  • AI 생성 콘텐츠는 귀하의 관할권에서 지적 재산권 관련 고려사항의 적용을 받을 수 있습니다. AI 생성 콘텐츠에 관한 관련 법률을 준수하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다.

보증의 부인

본 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. Rekindle는 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성 또는 비침해성에 대한 보증을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 당사는 서비스가 중단 없이, 오류 없이 또는 안전하게 제공될 것을 보증하지 않습니다.

책임의 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Rekindle는 데이터 손실, 이익 손실 또는 사진이나 파일의 손상을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는, 서비스의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

본 약관 또는 서비스로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구에 대한 당사의 총 책임은 청구 이전 12개월 동안 귀하가 Rekindle에 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.

면책

귀하는 서비스 이용, 업로드한 콘텐츠 또는 본 약관 위반으로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 손해, 손실, 책임 및 비용(변호사 비용 포함)에 대해 Rekindle, 그 계열사 및 각각의 임원, 이사, 직원 및 대리인을 면책하고 해를 끼치지 않을 것에 동의합니다.

해지

당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나, 다른 사용자에게 해를 끼치거나, 기타 부적절하다고 판단되는 행위에 대해 단독 재량으로 통지 여부에 관계없이 Rekindle에 대한 귀하의 접근을 정지하거나 해지할 권리를 보유합니다. 해지 시 서비스를 이용할 귀하의 권리는 즉시 소멸됩니다. 사유에 의한 해지 시 미사용 크레딧은 소멸됩니다.

본 약관의 변경

당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 업데이트하거나 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스를 통해 또는 이메일을 통해 안내됩니다. 변경 후에도 Rekindle를 계속 사용하시면 업데이트된 약관에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다.
